How fast can you come out?
For most San Diego County addresses, we offer same-day or next-day diagnostic visits. Emergency leaks & no-heat in winter are prioritized. Booking online before 11am usually means we're there that day.
Do you charge a service call fee?
Yes — a flat $170 diagnostic visit covers travel, on-site testing, and a written quote. If you approve the repair, the $170 is credited in full toward the repair invoice. No hourly drift, no upsells.
What brands do you service?
All major US brands — Sundance, Hot Spring, Jacuzzi, Caldera, Cal Spas, Marquis, Bullfrog, Master Spas, Hydropool, ThermoSpas — plus most off-brand spas using Balboa, Gecko, or Hydro-Quip control packs.
Do you replace covers, steps, lifters?
Yes. We carry custom covers (3" or 4", standard or premium), cover lifters (Coverlift, Cover Valet), spa steps, and surround skirting. Lead time on custom covers is 2–3 weeks.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed for spa & pool service, EPA 608 certified for refrigerant work (heat pumps), CPO (Certified Pool/Spa Operator), and carry $1M general liability insurance. Proof on request.
